Texas does what it can when it comes to local beer. I will say that the beers of the Northwest do have a richer more refined flavor. The beers that are local to Texas always tend to fall on the lighter side but, that is to be expected when surface temperatures reach a scalding 114-136 on the sidewalks! Though, Texas can surprise you with hidden gems such as Neighborhood Services, it certainly surprised me. This restaurant is by far one of my favorites in Dallas. I can not put it any better than what Matthew has described. If you find yourself in Dallas, this a restaurant that you must try!
