Tasting Room at the 5th

Started in 1999, the LaVelle Vineyards Tasting Room at the Market is located at the Historic 5th Street Public Market on the second floor facing 6th street between Marche Restaurant and the Inn at the 5th Hotel. Doug LaVelle started The Tasting Room as a convenient place for Eugene area club members to pick up their wine club shipments. As the years went by we've grown and prospered in this space. We've added live music on Thursday and Friday evenings with a variety of musicians. We've also added several different types of food menus over the years. Our biggest event down at The Tasting Room is our Music on the Garden Plaza series which takes place in the summer months and includes full jazz and blues bands on our adjacent patio area.
